      个人简介

      杏悦2👩‍💻,特聘副研究员❄️🗄。20201月毕业于上海科技大学遗传学专业⚠,获理学博士学位⛽️。20205月开始在中科院神经科学研究所博士后研究。曾获得上海市超级博士后资助。迄今以第一/共一作者身份已在NatureNature BiotechnologyNature CommunicationsEMBO Journal🤜🏿🆔、Molecular Therapy等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文9篇,已申请多项发明专利(国内专利2项⏰,国际PCT专利1项),主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目🟤。

    研究生招生

    从事基因编辑工具的开发和应用;针对靶点明确的遗传疾病,尤其是无特效药的罕见病(天使综合征,亨廷顿舞蹈征等),开发具有治疗潜力的基因治疗药物🕦。现有主要研究方向包括:1)等位基因差异化DNA甲基化编辑工具的开发👨🏽;2)持久的定点基因激活系统的开发;3)底盘细胞CHO293的优化和改造。研究领域涉及生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学、合成生物学、神经生物学等。真诚欢迎对基因编辑相关生物学研究充满热情的学生加入我们的团队💆🏻。
